Our Community Needs Uganda (OCONE) is a community-based organization dedicated to alleviating poverty, suffering, and injustice in Bukedea District, Uganda. Since 2010, we have been working with women, youth, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities, providing access to education, healthcare, food security, clean water, and economic empowerment.
Programs
- 🎓 Education Support – School fees, materials, and skills training.
- 🚴 Bicycle Distribution – Helping students & families access transport.
- 🏠 Shelter & Housing – Building homes for the vulnerable.
- 💧 Clean Water & Sanitation – Borehole construction & hygiene promotion.
- 🍚 Food & Nutrition Support – Providing meals to families in need.
- ♿ Disability Support – Walking aids, crutches, and community inclusion.
